As the end of the year approaches and we begin the spring semester of calling, I thought I would share with you a few New Year’s resolutions you should think about making as a phonathon manager. It’s always good to take inventory after the fall semester and make adjustments to your management decisions so that you can build solid strategies going forward and finish the year on a positive note. This is especially important if you are still fairly new in your position. The holidays act as a natural time for reflection on past calling efforts and an opportunity to refocus on those areas that can have the biggest impact on the results. So without further hesitation, here are three phonathon resolutions I have for the industry in general.
